Gelber Solutions began in 2023 as a solopreneur venture (originally Gelber Consulting), focused on interim management and consultancy services. As our clients’ needs evolved, so did our offering—quickly expanding into human-centered services such as training, coaching, and leadership development.
In just two years, we have successfully partnered with some of the largest corporations in Hungary, delivering impactful solutions across industries. In 2025, we proudly acquired our first international client, marking a new chapter in our journey as a trusted provider of tailor-made leadership development solutions across borders.
To enable a wide range of services at scale, we have also partnered with industry leaders in coaching, consultancy, and various development services—including e-learning—ensuring that our clients benefit from deep expertise and flexible, scalable solutions while maintaining the human touch.
How did we get here?
In 2006, at just 26, I was nominated to lead a team of eight. Back then, I believed I was a natural-born leader—confident that I knew everything I needed to succeed. Reality, however, had other plans. My first leadership challenges quickly humbled me, revealing just how much I had to learn. That’s when my real journey began: I became a sponge, absorbing every lesson, experimenting with different leadership styles, and adapting to new industries and cultures.
The 2009 financial crisis found me in the banking sector, facing unprecedented challenges. It was a turning point that taught me the true value of continuous learning and adaptability. I was fortunate to be surrounded by exceptional leaders, but I also learned from my own mistakes—sometimes facing difficult consequences, but always growing from them.
In the last 10–15 years, my career has taken me across the globe, immersing me in truly international environments. Working and living alongside people from diverse backgrounds has shaped me not only as a leader and coach, but as a human being. Every culture, every team, and every challenge has taught me something new about empathy, adaptability, and the power of lifelong learning.
Looking back, I realize that leadership is not a destination, but a lifelong journey of self-reflection, growth, and humility. These experiences have shaped my philosophy and the foundation of Gelber Solutions: leadership isn’t taught, it’s architected—one lesson, one reflection, and one step at a time.

With a career spanning multiple continents and countless countries, I am a global citizen with strong Hungarian roots and heritage. I have lived, studied and worked in international environments all my adult life, since 1998. First studying and later
I have had the privilege of working with the best professionals and leading diverse teams in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila, India, Hungary, the UK, the USA, and Mexico. Fluent in Hungarian, English, and Hebrew, I bring a multicultural perspective to every engagement.
As an economist by training and a technology leader by profession, I have built and led global technology, operations, and sales teams for some of the world’s leading organizations. My executive leadership journey has always centered on people—balancing the four pillars of people, process, technology, and data to drive transformation and sustainable results.
I am an ICF-certified executive coach, experienced facilitator, and business trainer, committed to putting the human at the center of leadership development. In 2023, I founded Gelber Consulting to deliver tailor-made leadership solutions, and in 2025, rebranded it as Gelber Solutions to better reflect our evolving mission.
Beyond my professional life, I am a proud father of five sons and husband to a successful wife. My passion is helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential through co-designed, impactful development journeys—because I believe leadership isn’t taught, it’s architected.
